FAQs

Do I need to buy new gravel, or can you work with what's already there?

In most cases, we can reshape and restore your existing driveway using the gravel that's already there, redistributing it, filling low spots, and re-compacting the surface. New material is only needed if the driveway has lost a significant amount of gravel over time.

How long does a typical driveway repair take?

Most residential driveway repairs are completed in a single day. Larger or more damaged driveways may take longer, we'll give you a clear timeline after seeing the site.

What time of year is best for driveway repair?

Spring through fall is ideal, once the ground has thawed and dried out enough to grade properly. We can assess frozen or overly wet ground on a case-by-case basis.

Both. Smaller pothole and rut repairs can often be done quickly, while more worn driveways benefit from a full regrade to fix the underlying problem instead of just patching the surface.

Do you handle potholes and ruts, or only full resurfacing?
Will my driveway drain better after the repair?

Yes, this is part of the job. A driveway that pools water usually has a grading issue, not just a surface issue, so we build in a proper slope and crown to move water off to the sides instead of collecting in the middle.

Do you work on residential and commercial properties?

Yes, we handle both, from home driveways to larger commercial or acreage properties.

Yes, Treaty Sixers Contracting is fully insured and WCB compliant.

Are you licensed and insured?

No, as long as the site is accessible and we've confirmed the scope of work ahead of time, you don't need to be present.

Do I need to be home during the work?
