Keith’s hands-on leadership reflects both his genuine character and 20 years of hands-on expertise in the construction industry. Every day, he’s actively involved, overseeing projects, consulting on-site, and managing operations in the office. His presence brings confidence and clarity to every job, and it’s easy to see why customers want him leading their project.
Humble, hardworking, and committed, Keith embodies the values that define Treaty Sixers Contracting.
DORENE TWOTEETH - OFFICE/ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Dorene brings about five years of office and accounts management experience to Treaty Sixers Contracting, joining the team a year and a half ago. She keeps the company running smoothly behind the scenes, managing our accounting, administration, and the daily details that keep every project moving. Dorene is the steady hand in the background, and honestly, we wouldn’t run the same without her.
Meet The Treaty Sixers Contracting Team
What Our Company Stands For
Our vision is to be the contractor Alberta trusts first, Indigenous-owned, family-built, and known for durable, honest work at a fair price. We want every client to feel confident the job will get done right, and every community we work in to see a company that gives back as much as it builds.
Our mission is to build things right, the first time, every time. We show up prepared, we communicate honestly, and we hold our own work to a standard that doesn’t cut corners. Whether it’s a driveway or a full home build, our clients get the same care and the same crew mentality: get it done, get it done well, and treat every job site like it’s our own.
HARRY GAVACS – ESTIMATOR
Harry brings over 40 years of experience in the construction industry to Treaty Sixers Contracting, joining our team just last year. He’s the one behind the numbers, pricing every project with the accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail that only decades in the field can teach. His experience means our bids stay sharp and competitive, and nothing gets missed between a quote and a finished job. Having someone with Harry’s depth of knowledge on our team is a real asset as we continue to grow
DEVANTE' STAMP - DIRECTOR
Training under Keith’s direct mentorship, Devante’ is continually striving to elevate Treaty Sixers Contracting to its highest potential. His dedication, drive, and strong work ethic are evident in everything he does, always pushing the company forward and advancing its goals. His passion for the business, building a positive culture, and strengthening the brand is unmistakable, and his energy inspires everyone around him.
Effectiveness - Every excavation, pour, and paving job gets priced and built to deliver real value, solid results without unnecessary cost added along the way.
Environmental Responsibility - We work on the land we come from, and we build with respect for it, choosing methods and materials that reduce our footprint on Treaty 6 territory wherever possible.
Family - Family built this company, and that mindset shapes everything else: how we treat our crew, how we show up for clients, and how we want to be known in the communities we work in.
Growth - We’re a young company backed by decades of combined experience, and we’re building on that foundation every day, new skills, new services, and steady growth as a business.
Professionalism - High standards on every job, clear communication, safe worksites, and workmanship we’re accountable for. No exceptions.
Quality - Our name is on every foundation we pour and every site we grade. That’s why durability, precision, and reliability aren’t negotiable.
Treaty Sixers Contracting is a new company, but our team isn’t new to the trade. Keith and Harry bring decades of hands-on construction and industry experience, and we’re building the next generation by mentoring emerging talent like Devante’ directly on the job.
We specialize in new home construction, land and lot clearing, commercial site preparation, and foundation excavation. Our team brings that experience to every stage of your project, from initial consultation through final handover.
